Track Your Lunch Bunch Order
Once your Lunch Bunch order has been fulfilled or delivered, you will receive an email confirmation so you can stay updated. Please make sure you enter the correct email address and phone number when placing your order so you do not miss any important updates.
Lunch Bunch delivers handmade edible gifts across Melbourne and Adelaide, including chocolate strawberry bouquets, fruit bouquets, donut bouquets, dessert hampers, meat and cheese bouquets, corporate gifts and event dessert towers.
Delivery Updates
After your order is placed, our team prepares your gift fresh for your selected delivery or pickup date. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email update confirming the order status.
If your order is being delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email once the courier has completed the delivery.
Delivery Times
Lunch Bunch delivers gifts 7 days a week across Melbourne and Adelaide. While we do our best to deliver on time, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed because of traffic, courier routes, weather, access issues or unexpected delivery delays.
- Business addresses: same-day orders are generally delivered before 5pm.
- Residential addresses: same-day orders are generally delivered before 7pm.
- Same-day delivery: available on selected products when ordered before 2pm.
- Orders placed after 2pm: may be moved to the next available delivery day.
You can request a preferred delivery time at checkout, but this does not guarantee that the time will be met unless it has been confirmed with our team before placing your order.
How to Help Us Deliver Successfully
To avoid delivery delays, please double-check all order details before completing checkout. This includes the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, delivery date and any special instructions.
- Provide both the sender and recipient phone numbers.
- Include apartment numbers, business names, ward numbers, reception details or access instructions where relevant.
- Make sure someone is available to receive fresh edible gifts where possible.
- Let the recipient know that a fresh delivery is arriving, especially for surprise gifts, without revealing what the gift is.
Hospital, Business and Apartment Deliveries
For hospitals, universities, schools, workplaces and apartment buildings, please include as much detail as possible. This helps our couriers complete the delivery smoothly and reduces the chance of delays.
- Hospitals: include the hospital name, ward, room number and recipient phone number.
- Businesses: include the company name, floor level, reception details and business hours if relevant.
- Apartments: include the apartment number, intercom details and access instructions.
If There Is a Delivery Issue
If there is a problem with your delivery, our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep your phone available on the delivery day in case we need to confirm an address, access details or recipient availability.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the order safely at the door only when the location, weather and security conditions are suitable. Orders are not left unattended at apartment buildings, secured buildings or unsafe locations.
