We deliver gifts 7 days a week from 10 AM to 5 PM. While we strive to be on time, we can’t always guarantee an exact delivery time due to things like traffic and unexpected delays. For business addresses, we ensure deliveries arrive before 5 PM, and for residential addresses, we aim to have them there before 7 PM. 

We know it’s important for you to receive your gift on time, but sometimes external factors can affect delivery, such as traffic conditions, prior delivery delays, or even safety concerns at the delivery location. To help us deliver your gift smoothly, please double-check that all order details are correct. Providing the phone numbers for both the recipient and yourself will help us reach you if there are any issues along the way.
