On the cart page, choose your preferred delivery date and select delivery or pickup. Then go to checkout page enter the recipient’s delivery details, your details and pay for your order.
Yes. Lunch Bunch offers same-day delivery across Melbourne and Adelaide for eligible orders placed before 2pm.
Same-day orders are usually delivered before 5pm, with some addresses over 20km delivered before 7pm. You can also choose a future preferred delivery date at checkout.
Yes. You can choose pickup instead of delivery at checkout. Melbourne pickup is available from Sunshine North, and Adelaide pickup is available from Glenside.
Please allow at least 1 hour for us to freshly prepare your arrangement before pickup.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that all order details, delivery details and contact numbers are correct. We call on arrival, so include the recipient’s mobile number and any backup contact number at checkout. When your order is delivered, you will also receive an email update.

I can't recall getting tracking information and the process to order was laborious. Even though it offers an offline process, chat was useless and no one called back, ditto the 1300 number after waiting on line it hung up on me.
If it wasn't for the quality of the product I would have gone somewhere else.
