DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the exact delivery time due to traffic and delays on the way.
Please note for locations over 20km away from our LunchBunch Ridleyton Studio your delivery could be delayed up to 7pm on very busy days (though this happens rarely).
We can call the driver, but he will not be able to say the exact time, as it depends on many factors:
- first of all it is a traffic;
- another is that our customers are asking us to wait for them as they are on the way;
- sometimes the address provided is not correct and we have to drive elsewhere;
- sometimes we have to spend time asking the neighbors to hold the order for the recipient and etc.
As you can see there are many reasons why we can't specify the delivery time and why we say that we don't do this.
SAME DAY delivery cut-off time is 2pm.
SAME DAY pickup cut-off time is 1:30pm.
Yes, times available for pickup are 11:30am and 2:30pm. Please specify during checkout on the Cart page. (If you choose PickUp method without choosing the time, your order will be ready for collection at 2:30pm)
When you arrive to collect your gift, please quote the order number which you will see after the payment as well as on the order confirmation email, that will be sent to you immediately once the order is placed on our website. If you would like to organise a different time, please first confirm this with our team and then put this in the notes during checkout.

Yes, we deliver to all hospitals, military bases, universities, schools, commercials or as well to any residential addresses.
Please leave full name of the patient and contact number. If you know the ward name and room, it would also help the driver.
Yes, once we fulfill the order at our backend, you will get an email confirmation. Make sure you will leave the correct email address when placing your order.
Once we locate your delivery on the day, we will send SMS to the MOBILE number provided by you during checkout. There you will see your delivery time frame for your order.
We have our private refrigerated van with sensitive cooling control and dehumidifier system. Rarely we use third party couriers to deliver to out of the way locations.
During checkout you can give us instructions on what to do in this situation. We will be calling the contact numbers which you leave when placing your order. If we take it back to the studio, we can keep it in our custom build fridge to make sure it stays fresh for longer, then you will have to contact us to organise re-delivery or time for pick up. Yes, we will do so if you specify this during checkout, but if our driver finds it unsafe or the weather is too hot, then you will receive an SMS and the order will be taken back to the Studio for further instructions.
Your are always welcome to call us during the day, tell us your order number and ask us to leave the order at the door or at next door neighbours (specify their name and address via SMS)
Please make sure you provide your mobile number, not a landline phone number.
Currently we do not deliver interstate, only SA Adelaide up to 40-50km from our Eastwood Studio location.
ORDERING YOUR GIFT
We are very sorry to hear this! Sometimes unfortunately this could happen due to Cookies and Cache not cleaned in the history of your device.
Please try to use "INCOGNITO WINDOW" or use ANOTHER device, use your mobile phone.
Sometimes your bank card issuer is requesting for the "BILLING ADDRESS" to be the registered address with your bank branch.
Another reason, is that your delivery address is outside of our delivery zone (in this case please call us and we could help you with custom delivery)
And the last tip, DO NOT use autofill on your device as it could flip over your details during checkout replacing a post code or a city. Please double check your details before your payment, this extra 20 seconds would save hours of hassle.

You can specify any colour preferences for the toppings on the chocolate and wrapping options.
You can request to have more or less of a particular ingredient in the arrangement.
Replace one ingredient to another.
Please use common sense: don't request vegan option next to Meat&Cheese gifts, gluten free next to Zeppoles and Donuts, or sugar free to any of the chocolate we offer.
Our chocolate assortments are made with other companies pre-made chocolates, therefore, we can't guarantee, what ingredients each piece contains: like nuts, fruits or gluten. All branded chocolate bars we use contain traces of nuts. We don't accept any diet requirements for the assortments.
If you have a severe allergy, choose the arrangements with fresh fruits and berries and leave a note if any particular fruits shouldn't be used.
Please place each order at the time doing checkout for each order. This will give you possibility to receive an email notification once each order is delivered, you can leave a personalised message for each recipient, as well as, provide all contact details for each recipient for our driver, in case the recipient is not present at the provided address.
Yes, we are always up for this challenge! Go for this Custom Bouquet option and leave us a list of ingredients you prefer in your LunchBunch, we do our best to impress you and your loved ones.
All our orders are coming in specially designed signature Aquarium and Gold gift boxes.
It really depends on the combination of ingredients.

Yes, you can change your order. Cut-off time for the same day order delivery changes is 9:00am, no changes could be made after this time.
We kindly note that we do not accept any order detail changes (such as card message or shipping address etc.) via any social networks. Instead please send such a request in a reply to confirmation email (so we can see the order number) and call us to make sure this urgent change is attended.
You MUST specify your order number when making any changes.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but we don't offer returns due to health regulations and the nature of the product.
Refund orders
Due to the nature of the product, we don't accept refunds for any items which are 24 hours due to the delivery date.
Cancelations
We can accept cancellation of your order 3 business days before the pickup or delivery date, the fee of $17 will be withheld from the cost of the product. For customized orders, the cancelation time is 5 business days before the pickup or delivery date, the fee of $17 will be withheld from the cost of the product.

We have run variety of workshops for children and adults. This could be booked in advance and we come to your premises with all necessary materials and ingredients to run the workshop.
This is a great way to entertain kids and brilliant idea to bound with colleagues or just have fun with your friends and family.
