We deliver from 10am till 3:30pm. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the exact delivery time due to traffic and delays on the way.

Yes, once we fulfill the order at our backend, you will get an email confirmation. Make sure you will leave the correct email address when placing your order.

We have our private refrigerated van with sensitive cooling control and dehumidifier system. We don't use third party to handle the food. 

During checkout you can give us instructions on what to do in this situation. We will be calling the contact numbers which you leave when placing your order. If we take it back to the studio, we can keep it in our custom build fridge to make sure it stays fresh for longer, then you will have to contact us to organise re-delivery or time for pick up. Yes, when we call on arrival, we don't say what we are delivering and where its from, the recipient keeps guessing till the last minute. 

Yes, we post all over Australia, but not the full range. At the moment we offer Wicked Berries. Postage cost has been added to the item. 

You are welcome to organize your own delivery method for other bouquets and we will assist in packing and pick up times. Contact for more details.

At the moment we have "vases" with handles which you can add to your order. Soon we are waiting for a big custom order of the new clear "Aquarium Boxes" we have designed, follow us for the updates.

It really depends on the combination of ingredients. Chocolate dipped strawberries could stay up to 48 hours after being made, but should not be in a temperature of under 12 degrees, the chocolate will change structure and will get "sweaty".

Meat&Cheese bunch will be comfortable in a home fridge at usual 5-7 degrees.
